Step by Step Custom Printing
- Confirm which product and size(s) you want to customize
- Have your artwork prepared in Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Encapsulated Post-Script (.EPS) format. Make sure texts are converted to outlines.
- Double check your artwork and make sure you are not missing anything such as your website, any additional working, additional images, Facebook logo, etc...
- For specific color guarantees, provide exact pantone codes or CMYK values.
- Submit artwork to your Greeno representative.
- An e-proof will be provided usually within 48 hours or sooner. This will show a digial flattened image of your product (IE: cup) so that you can verify placement and layout of artwork. It does not reflect actual quality of print.
- Review your e-proof carefully and notify us for any changes you want made. Our in-house graphics team can make sample edits and revisions to your artwork free of charge.
- Upon approval of e-proof. Sign, date, and return to Greeno Products.
- To place your order, you must remit 50% of the total invoice amount by mailing a check or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Lead time is 8-10 weeks from the time artwork is approved and deposit amount is confirmed.
- Balance is due upon delivery confirmation to your final location
- Your products will be delivered by common carrier trucking company or can be picked up from will-call at Greeno Products headquarters
